Making a smoothie is about all I have the energy for in the morning. This one is particularly great to reset the body and drench it in necessary nutrients. It’s refreshing, satisfying and delicious way to start your day.

5 MinI call this my "Everything Smoothie" because it really hits all of the bases in the morning. It has coconut water to hydrate the body. The fruit and vegetables provide necessary vitamins, minerals and fiber for a balanced body. Don't be afraid of the cauliflower - it acts as a banana substitute, (which are quite high in sugar) and lend a rich creaminess to this morning meal.
