To put myself through Design School, I worked as a private chef. Days were full of academia and evening full of food - not a bad combination if you ask me!

After I left school and moved to New York, I continued to work in the restaurant industry as I shopped my portfolio around the city looking for a job. I always loved sneaking back into the kitchens and learning more about the culinary arts.

My love for food has only increased with the years. Today, I entertain in Palm Springs profusely. I have a penchant for large bowls of steaming hot foods delivered family style that pack a punch of flavor and yet remain approachable. I want things to be familiar…but excellent.
